Do you have a long waiting list?

We have no waiting list.
We are committed to giving you the earliest possible appointment.

How long does a session last?

Therapy sessions are offered in 50-minute appointments.
Evaluation sessions vary in length depending on the type of assessment.

Do I need insurance to claim these services?

Contact your work’s insurance provider and inquire whether psychology and speech-language pathology services are reimbursed. Every insurance policy is unique.

If you do not have insurance, keep all receipts and speak with an accountant about submitting them as medical deductions with your income tax return.

Where are services provided?

We are located in Montreal’s West Island and we regularly travel to Laval, the Greater Montreal area, and the South Shore.
Services provided outside of our office have an associated travel fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call and email to communicate any cancellations as soon as possible.

Exceptions are made for emergency cancellations due to illness or an accident. Schedule conflicts such as a dentist appointment or school outings are not emergencies.

Repeated absences may results in the reallocation of your appointment time.

No Shows or same day cancellations : 100%

24 to 48 hours prior to appointment : 50%

More than 48 hours prior to appointment : No charge
